The District uses Xpress Bill Pay (XBP) to process payments. On the September 18, 2023 billing cycle, XBP did not take the automatic payment on this date, and then assessed a late fee when XBP processed the payments on September 21, 2023. Management has contacted XBP regarding this issue to resolve this item. KID staff is currently going through the customer accounts and the payments that were received on September 21, 2023, and manually removing all the penalty charges related to this billing error. We are sorry for this! Please watch your billing statements. Should you have any questions, please call us at 801-968-1011 and discuss it with one of our customer service representatives.
Respectfully,
F. Greg Anderson, P.E.
