Malissa DiAnn Pahl, a candidate for the Kearns Improvement District Board of Trustees, has submitted a written notice of withdrawal from the election in accordance with Utah Code § 20A-9-207.

As a result, Malissa DiAnn Pahl’s name will no longer appear on the ballot for the position of Board of Trustee.
