The Kearns Improvement District (KID) is providing formal notice of its intent to amend its Water Long-Range Plan and Sewer Long-Range Plan in accordance with Utah Code §17B-1-106.

The proposed amendments may affect portions of Kearns, West Valley City, West Jordan, Taylorsville, and KID’s current and potential service areas. Please refer to the Notice of Intent and service area map for full details.

KID welcomes any information regarding potential impacts or land use considerations related to these amendments.
